INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Today, you have a chance to make sure your child’s car seat is actually doing its job and keeping them safe.

Franciscan Health in Indy is offering free inspections between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. today as part of Child Passenger Safety Week. You can stop by the Weight Loss Center located off Stop 11 Road.

They’ll check your child’s car seat to see if it meets guidelines set by the National Highway Safety Administration.

But, if you can’t stop by today you can still get a free inspection by calling Franciscan Health to set up an appointment at 317-528-5774.
